60% Syrah, 15% Cabernet Franc, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Petit Verdot. Syrah is from 2019 and grown at Pad’s View Farm, Cabernet Franc was grown in 2019 at Seventy-Eight Acres Farm, Cabernet Sauvignon grown at Cool Ridge in 2018, and 2018 Petit Verdot grown at Allenberg/78 Acres. Fermented and aged seperately in oak barrels for 18-24 months, blended in tank the first week of August 2021.
