Grown at our home vineyard & harvested on October 3, 2019. Fermented as a mix of whole cluster and whole berry in a foeder with native yeast. Drained to barrel on November 4th and aged for 18 months. Bottled August 10, 2021. This wine is unfiltered and stored upside down on its cork, expect sediment when opening.
